Wholesome Goodness
We specialize in healing macrobiotic cooking and remedies, but also do gourmet vegan, vegetarian, whole food menus with some limited fish dishes, if desired. I don't wish to work with eggs or dairy, and have many menu ideas where they are never even missed. I refuse to use cane sugar or chemical sugar replacements in any of my desserts, only natural, little-if-any processed sweets from fruits, plants,and grains. I also support the organic food movement and only prepare with the best ingredients.
